Kure-Kure Takora (often translated as Gimme Gimme Octopus) is a 1970s Japanese tokusatsu children's comedy series produced by Toho, centered around a giant, greedy red octopus named Takora who desires everything he sees.
Godzilla 2000: Millennium premiered at the Tokyo International Film Festival on November 6, 1999, and was released in Japan on December 11. TriStar Pictures later distributed it throughout North America on August 18, 2000, under the title Godzilla 2000. This kaiju film directed by Takao Okawara, with special effects by Kenji Suzuki. Distributed by Toho and produced under their subsidiary Toho Pictures, it is the 24th film in the Godzilla franchise, Toho's 23rd Godzilla film, and the first film in the franchise's Millennium era.
Matango are the mushroom-humanoid creatures from the 1963 Japanese horror film Matango, also known as Attack of the Mushroom People in the United States. In the film, survivors of a shipwreck are stranded on an island and begin to transform into these creatures after consuming hallucinogenic and mutagenic mushrooms. The Matango start as humans covered in fungal growths and eventually become fully fungal beings with caps for heads and deformed, clawed limbs, all while driven by an irresistible compulsion to spread the fungus.

Ashinaga-tenaga (足長手長; "Long Legs Long Arms") are a pair of yōkai in Japanese folklore. One, Ashinaga-jin (足長人), has extremely long legs, while the other, Tenaga-jin (手長人), has extremely long arms. They were first described in the Japanese encyclopedia Wakan Sansai Zue. They are said to be found in Kyūshū.The pair is commonly described as people from two countries, the "Long-legged Country", and the "Long-armed Country". As the names suggest, the inhabitants of these two countries possess unusually lengthy arms and legs. The two work together as a team to catch fish by the seashore. In order to do this, the long-armed man, tenaga, climbs onto the back of the long-legged man, ashinaga. The ashinaga then wades out into the shorewaters, staying above water with his long legs, while the tenaga uses his long arms to grab fish from his partner's back.
Keukegen "fluffy hair appearance" is a creature illustrated in Toriyama Sekien's Konjaku Hyakki Shūi. In Mythology It resembles a small dog covered entirely in long hair. Its name is a pun - when written with different kanji, keukegen means "an unusual thing which is rarely seen". According to one report, the keukegen is a disease spirit which lives in damp, dark places and causes people in the house to get sick.
